Nutella Chocolate Cake

So it was a fun weekend here. We hung out with my hubby's parents - i'm so glad we've lived close to them while he's been completing his PhD. Our Father's Day dinner was pesto paninis and {per requested for my hubs Father's Day gift} nutella frosted chocolate cake.

I made 2 cake rounds, spread nutella in the middle before stacking, and then smeared the top and sides with the addictive and chocolaty goodness. It was everything he hoped and dreamed of. I like easy gifts like that. Ever since he's thought of the idea, he hasn't rested. Now he can sleep in peace. :)
